About Us
CARE is a Colorado based non-profit corporation dedicated to assisting public school educators when their necessary resources are scarce. All donations made to CARE stay in the State of Colorado, helping to fund our public schools.
Our mission...
CARE recognizes that good instructional ideas cannot be implemented without adequate funding, and many learning opportunities are missed due to a lack of resources. For this reason, CARE has developed an educational grant that supplements the immediate financial needs of public schools and classrooms. It is our organization's hope that these grants will impact student achievement within the school year in which they are awarded.

Who We Serve
CARE proudly supports ALL public schools within the state of Colorado.
Our Programs
CARE is currently supporting 3 nutrional snack programs and 2 after school tutoring programs. We are also providing much needed financial support to several Colorado school districts. Our latest effort has provided new chapter books and math supplies for several Weld County schools.
Upcoming Events
We are holding multiple online auctions, participating in community bake sales and working with the Crush, on a ticket drive.
Leadership Profile
In speaking with public school educators throughout the state, it has come to our attention that funding for technology in both staff and equipment has been cut in many districts. This has left technology labs without up-to-date computers, equipment in disrepair, a lack of technical-support, and limited or completely discontinued technology programs. We hope to make an impact by awarding our 2008 Technology CARE Grant to schools in need.

What Sets Us Apart
CARE gives support directly to the needy party. If a teacher or administrator needs help, they come directly to us and we make certain that their needs are met and the money is not going elsewhere.
Objectives for This Fiscal Year
We hope to raise enough money for new computers, to be given to the Boulder Valley and Saint Vrain Valley School Districts.
Recent Accomplishments
CARE has recently teamed up with the Colorado Crush to create a Reading Reward Program. When students and classes achieve a set goal, they are rewarded with player visits and school appreciation nights at the Pepsi Center.
