About Us
The Global Youth Action Network (GYAN) connects thousands of
organizations in over 180 countries, uniting the efforts of young people improving our world. GYAN is a youth-led 501c3, not-for-profit organization, launched in 1999 and registered in the state of New York, USA, and also in Mexico City, Accra and Paris. GYAN is affiliated to the United Nations
Department of Public Information and holds Special Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic & Social Council (ECOSOC)
