About Us
Hope Lives! Breast Cancer Support Center provides treatment support services to women and their families battling breast cancer.
Who We Are
We are here to simplify your journey with breast cancer and contribute to the healing and recovery of the whole person.
Our Organization's Mission
To support and strengthen those touched by breast cancer by providing care, guidance and support.
Who We Serve
We serve women and their families battling breast cancer in Larimer and Weld County.
Our Programs
Complementary Care (oncology massage, physical therapy, acupuncture, manual lymph drainage)
Wig Bank (free wigs, wig styling and care, scarves/hats, personal care, mastectomy Prosthesis)
Counseling and mentoring (counseling resources, Big Sister Mentoring Program, monthly support group)
Homecare and Family Services (transportation resources, errand running resources, house cleaning, child care resources, financial resources)

Objectives for This Fiscal Year
Goals:
Reduce Number of Events: focus on quality not quantity of events
Incorporate Revenue from Grants
Revise all marketing materials (mission statement, brochure, and website)
Expanding to serve all ethnicities
Expanding to serve women and their families in all of Larimer and Weld County
Create a Survivors Group
Create a second tier of the services to address the "new normal"
Purchase a house, to create a true healing center
Focus on Donors and really cultivating relationships so that they give on a regular basis
Write up a proposal to be included in the new Cancer Center Building
Embellish "planned giving" and "investment opportunities" for donors
Launch the 1600 club-just ask model

I think if all non-profits collaborate we can help each other out in one way or another! Specifically we would like to work with those that share a similar goal of helping those touched by breast cancer

Skills We Would Like to Share
We are learning everyday and constantly making changes so that we can work efficiently and effectively to serve as many people as possible. We would be more than happy to share what has worked and what has not worked along the way.

We would like to learn as much as we possibly can! Specifically leadership, investment opportunities, fiscal management and non-profit management.
Ideas We would Like to Share
We are working on a way to provide investment opportunities that benefit both the donor and the non-profit, especially in a time of recession.
