About Us
It's Meow or Never for Ferals is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization helping to spread awareness about feral cats and the benefits of Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) through educational booths, lectures, and pet events through out North Florida and South Georgia.
We provide free spay, neuter, and rabies vouchers for stray and feral cats to low income families and students.
We also have an active barn cat program where we rehome feral cats from overflowing sanctuaries out to barns, farms, and stables to live out their lives as working barn cats.
Who We Are
We support Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) for feral and stray cats and are pushing for the City of Tallahassee to change their city ordinances to reflect a more compassionate method of managing their feral and stray cat populations, by embracing Trap-Neuter-Return.

What Sets Us Apart
We are not a sanctuary, instead we aim to educate the general public on how to do and perform Trap-Neuter-Return in their own neighborhoods. We loan traps, provide free trap demonstrations, and 24-7 phone service for any questions or dilemas that may arise during the Trap-Neuter-Return process. We are there every step of the way. We feel that having lots of people through out the community perform Trap-Neuter-Return will provide much better results than just a few of us, the end results will be more cats saved, more litters of homeless kittens prevented, and a more informed general public to speak intelligently on the subject of feral cats and Trap-Neuter-Return.
Recent Accomplishments
Our first ever Spay and Neuter Rally at the Capitol. We displayed signs that encouraged locals to spay and neuter their pets.
