About Us
~Building an Integrated Multicultural Community Through Education~
Randolph Community Partnership, Inc. (RCP) is a local non-profit organization focused on providing educational services to adult learners, particularly immigrants, in the Randolph, Massachusetts area. Now headquartered in the Randolph High School, RCP has been providing English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) classes since 1998.
In the beginning, RCP consisted of a small group of Randolph residents, businessmen, and local officials who came together to take action on the increasing demands from the community for an English program. For their efforts, the Chinese American Neighborhood Development Organization (CAN-DO) and the partnership received a grant from the Massachusetts Department of Education to run a basic ESOL program in 1998.
Through additional grants, the ESOL program expanded to include a health component in the curriculum, citizenship classes, and computer classes for students by the year 2000. In 2002, the organization incorporated as a 501(c)3 and officially became the Randolph Community Partnership, Inc.
Currently we offer seven ESOL classes. We have 3 levels of English; beginners, intermediate and advanced, and a workforce development class for high level students. We will also offer a citizenship class and a basic computer skills class.

What Sets Us Apart
We are a small program. Our staff get to know our students on a personal level as well as an academic level. We become like family!
Objectives for This Fiscal Year
For FY10 we hope to find additional funding to offer GED classes.
Recent Accomplishments
Several students who attended our "How to Pass the Citizenship Test" class have attained US citizenship! We have two former students currently enrolled in GED classes and several transitioning into college calsses this fall.
