my profession does not help others, what helps others is my desire to improve the quality of life for the kids in Brunswick County. We live in a SMALL town which often means SMALL minds (narrow). My goal is to SHOW these kids that someone cares about them. To get into the schools and make a change as to how these kids value themselves so that they have options in life. Most of the kids who go to college around here have parents with money or are riding on an atheltic scholarship. My goal is to provide a scholarship in my sons name for kids who could NOT go to college on their own because of financial reasons but are so intelligent that the thought of them not going is mindblowing!

The final freind base Richard had before he left this world were kids who lived in trailers. Around here that is dirty, or bad beacause these kids are "losers". The only thing that seperates winners from losers is opportunity, drive and someone to tell you YOU CAN DO IT. I want to BE that person! Richard's freinds are SO intelligent it scares me, yet they don't know what the future holds because NO one believes in them and no one cares. WELL THEY KNOW THAT I DO and that is what I want to bring to the kids in Brunswick County NC!!! A HOPE FOR A BETTER FUTURE!
